  1. Q One of the earbuds isn't pairing with my phone; what can I do to fix that?
    A Not sure. Could try going into the phone settings & disconnect the ear buds & then re-pair the earbuds to your phone or device. Put both ear buds back into the case for a minute then try re-pairing both to your device. Otherwise, read the instructions that came with your box or contact the seller.
  2. Q Does this have an indicator for how much it is charged?
    A yes. exterior of case has 4 lights
  3. Q Will bluetooth connect with two devices at the same time
    A This is my number one issue when buying headphones, why do they connect as two different Bluetooth devices?
  4. Q How do I turn them off without the case?
    A Make sure the earbuds are not connected to a device. The same location where you press for volume on the right earbud, press and hold approximately 8 seconds until you hear “power off”.
  5. Q Why are the earbuds not pairing to each other.the blue lights just blink.
    A I'd suggest placing them into their charger, plug charger into a power source, all them to charge for at least half an hour, then try again.
  6. Q Do these have the Qualcomm aptx codec?
    A Unfortunately, I don't know. Small amount of paperwork included made no mention.I'd suggest inquiring with the seller.Thanks.

    A Press and hold - left earbud to lower volume and right earbud to raise volume

    A Once it is Bluetooth 5 compatible

    A Only usb c no wireless charging but still great
  10. Q Are these the same as the Enacfire earbuds? If so why the name change?
    A Yes they are the same probably different sellers

    A Yes any phone with Bluetooth version 5

    A Yes

    A 5
  14. Q Can the case for the earbuds use wireless charging, where the case is placed on a charging pad?
    A No wireless charging but usb c and still a great buy
  15. Q What does it mean 5 times charge?
    A It’s 48 hours of total play time with earbuds and charging case 8 hours of total play time earbuds alone so after fully charging the earbuds and case you can run down the batteries in the earbuds a further 4 times by just recharging the earbuds via the case

    A I believe it’s not the earbuds or mine don’t function like that - maybe it’s the content you are listening to - recorded low volume
