    A Answer: 140-Hour Playing Time and 2600mAh Portable Charging Case: The wireless headphones bluetooth can play for 6hrs on a single charge, the charging case can recharge the bluetooth earphones about 23 times, provide extra 140hrs playback. With USB-C tech, it only takes 1.5hr every full charge for the case.

  3. Q Does the pair connect to two devices, with multipont?
    A I think you can connect it to as many devices you want but you can only use it one device at a time

  5. Q How can you tell the left from the right. Are the marked?
    A They are marked on the underside of the earned and so is the charging case. When putting them in the case left and right are facing you. Just as your left and right hands.
  6. Q Can these be paired with more than one device? I have my earbuds paired with my phone, and they work great, but want to use them with my computer too.
    A Its the same as with many blue tooth speakers, you will need to disconnect them from the first device first, then pair them to the different device. This is a limitation of the technology, not the earphones themselves. I hope this helps.

    A I use it with my Android phone.

    A Im not sure, I think that depends on your cellphone settings.

    A Let's hope so because I've re-set them into the base 3x & re-tried seeing it even come UP on my phone's bluetooth mode screen. I'll try this, but seriously, wth...if they're gonna market it to other languages, HIRE SOMEONE TECHNICALLY INCLINED THAT SPEAKS THE LANGUAGE TO WRITE THAT BOOKLET 🤦‍♀️🤦‍в™ЂпёЏ

    A Yes left or right depending on what you are trying to do

    A Make sure you have the right connection cable

    A Same here can’t use it for calls
  13. Q If the buds are synced with each other correctly, will the bluetooth pairing menu on my phone show the buds q8 once? it keeps showing both (q8 x 2).
    A It should only show both as one. If I have connectivity difficulties I disconnect and reconnect it

    A Yes. They are waterproof. I use them daily with my Shower Playlist. Perfect for the gym where I don't feel comfortable using my Bluetooth shower speaker.
  15. Q Can I buy a replacement charging cord?
    A I'm sure you can, it's just a regular charging cord. However, this product broke in less than a month. I returned them. I suggest buying something else.

    A Make sure you have it in your ear correctly. I changed the size of the plugs and it works for me

    A I didn't experience any sound problems with these ear buds. I was impressed with the sound quality. no distorted sound at all.

    A Maybe your phone is trying to connect to the Bluetooth from the car, because my car doesn't have Bluetooth and mine earbuds work perfectly
  21. Q Do commands work like telling it to send text or read a text to you, when connected to android phones?
    A Yes, they work really well. The one thing they do not tell you is that when you put one in to charge you need to remove the other one from the case and put both in at the same time to start the charging. Charges on the ear buds and the case last A long time. I would definitely buy again
  22. Q Why do Earbuds only charge when connected to outlet
    A Nope. When your buds are back in the charging case they charge. The battery on this last forever too. I've had mine for about a month and a half. I've charged my phone with it twice too. But I have only charge the pod itself about 2-3 times.
  23. Q Does this have a mute button?
    A What are you wanting to mute - the speakers or the microphone? A single press on either ear bud will mute the speakers. Another press will turn them back on. If you are wanting to mute the microphone during a phone call I do not see any way listed in the manual to be able to do that.

    A Touch the button twice to adjust the volume, L for decreasing, R for increasing.

    A I haven’t pair with the TV before but am guessing it same pairing with Bluetooth

    A I've gone about 100' line of sight, got about 20'-50' depending on what's in the walls

    A Hi John - One of the reasons I purchased these was because they were advertised as waterproof. I am a runner and sweat a lot. They have been good so far but not sure that is a fair response to your question as I haven't used them in the rain yet to where they would be exposed to large amounts of water. Hope this helps.

    A It is very clear and without noise, I feel comfortable talking

    A I have a X so I would imagine they would work well with the other iPhones.

    A I think it's good, the bass is deep and the treble is clear.

    A Yes, it can be used as an emergency power supply.

    A Yes They are. It will connect very fast. Work with my Apple and Android.
  36. Q How long can I use it for per charge?
    A I would say about 6 hrs or more. I was on the music for more than 6 hrs until the right earbud started to die then about 30-45mins later the earbuds will get a fully charge.
