Please try the following steps to reset the earbuds. 1. If you paired it to your phone, forget T12 on Bluetooth then put both of the headphones back in the case (Leave it in the case for about 5s).2. Then take them out. Don't pair yet. Both headphones will have a white and orange light blinking, which means the left and the right headphones are pairing to each other.3. Once 1 headphone light turn off, the other light blinks, you can then pair it to your phone and both earbuds can work.answered on 2021-11-10 00:00:00
