Regarding your question, you can try the following solutions.Please try to reset the earbuds.  Step 1: Take out two earbuds,delete pairing history Step 2: Tap the both earbuds four times quickly and the purple light will be on,then put them back into the charging case Step 3: Search again for DBK01 and click to connect Or you can try to take the earbuds out of the charging case and leave it for a while to run out of power until the red light goes out after flashing for one second,for the purpose of restarting the earbuds.   9. A So far I've worn it probably 3 hour-long commutes and the battery hasn't died on me yet. When I first got it, I fully charged the case and earbuds. And every time I'm not using them I place them back in the case for carrying/charging.

Please make sure that the earbuds and the USB-C charging port are dry.   19. A I've had these for a few weeks, and have no problem. I use them for about an hour at a time. Used them twice this week without charging. For the price they seem like a great deal.
