    A I sometimes have that problem. If I think I touched that area by accident, I put them back in the case and redo. That resets them. I've wondered if my Bluetooth signal can be interrupted by other electronics in close proximity.

    A from their publicity, e2p supports wireless charging. I love e2 wireless earbuds. If you need wireless charging, you can buy e2p, a good earbuds.

    A this is my unbias opinion, one the the best so far, battery last 10 times better than bose sport earbud, over 4hrs and still going, cost 10 time less, good quality charger, half the size of bose, both made in china. Very easy to pair. Nothing to lose, free return. 2 months of ownership. Hope this help.

    A Battery life is really good. I have used it for a week and the wireless charging case has not been charged yet.

    A i wouldn't say crystal clear, but good for the price and not much of a bass that you would expect for other companies like beats or bose.

    A Good quality, the call process is clear enough.

    A Adjust the volume on your smartphone and the earbuds. Try moving closer to your smartphone to rule out the possibility of interference or wireless range-related issues.

    A Yes, it comes with a USB-C cable for charging, it only takes 1.5 hours to fully charging which is quite fast.

    A The seller's service has always been my concerns. WENKEY's service attitude is really good. I remember when I first received it, there was a problem with the Bluetooth connection process. WENKEY was very patient to help me solve it out.
