  1. Hi Mahmoud,We do apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for reaching out Sony. Yes, you can remove one unit of the headset from the charging case and use the unit by itself. If you are using the Google Assistant function on the earbud headphones, it will be setup to use either the left (L) or right (R) side (not both sides). If you wish to use only one earbud, you must use the side setup with the Google Assistant function. You cannot use only the side that is not setup with the Google Assistant function. If you want to use the other side of the headphones, change the settings of the Google Assistant function on the Sony | Headphones Connect app to use the side you want to use.If you aren't using the Google Assistant function, you can simply remove the earbud you want to use from the charging case and use it. If you already removed both earbuds and want to use only one, you can disable (turn off) the Pauses when headphones are taken off feature on the Sony | Headphone Connect app dashboard.May we contact you to help and get more information?
