    A Hello!I do too and the smallest of the ear caps were too big still. You can email the seller and request the X-small ones. I did, and they were very gracious and sent me the Xsmall. They fit my small ear canal and are very comfortable.Hope this helps!

    A No, unfortunately, no ambient sound mode for this model.

    A Yes, it works with Kindle Bluetooth version.

    A I’m impressed by its noise canceling ability. My husband wears them mowing the lawn with no issues.

    A Please store the earbuds in case when not in use. They will not be overcharged.

    A Sorry to hear this. You can reset them to factory default and they should work again. You can find the instruction of how to reset to factory default on avantree site. Simply to to Headphones > for sports > find this item and click Support. If you still have this issue, pls email to avantree support and we will arrange replacement for you.
  15. Q Will these work with the avantree bluetooth tv transmitter with no sound delay?
    A Pls note that these earbuds only support SBC codec, which cause around 220ms delay. If you want a earbud set to watch TV without audio delay, we recommend Avantree HT4186.

    A No, it does not support.

    A If you touch the headphone piece you can pause whatever you are watching or listening to.

    A TWS110 is smaller, which also has volume control.

    A Sorry, we don't have separate earbud to replace.

    A I don’t know about iPhone 11. They work great with my iPhones 5 & 7.

    A Very easy to turn off and on. The button pushes easily. I've accidentally turned them off adjusting during yard work and you just push it again and immediately comes back on with what you were listening to
  23. Q Will they work with an apple ipod?
    A I can't speak directly to the question, as I don't own an iPod. However, we have paired them with an Apple iPhone 8 with no trouble. I have a hard time believing that the implementation of bluetooth in the iPod is so different from that in the iPhone that these would not work.
  24. Q do i need to download an app on my phone to pair it?
    A No need, you can pair with your phone over the Bluetooth directly.
  25. Q Can you sleep with these in?
    A Yes you can sleep in them. They are very comfortable when they stay in.
  26. Q Are these strictly wirelessly charged or can I plug them in? I do not have a wireless charger.
    A You plug them in. It comes with a very short cable that hooks from the little case they sit in/charge in to the power source. It's a USB plug in for the power source so I plug it into my computer, you'd need a wall charger with a USB plug to plug it into the wall.

    A Yes.
  28. Q Do they announce incoming calls
    A You can hear your phone ring in them but only announce the call if you have that set up through your phone.
  29. Q I have extremely small ear canals and wondering how comfortable these earbuds are for small ears?
    A I also have small ear canals. The part that goes in the canal fits exceptionally well. The outer part is still a little bigger than I would prefer but it's not uncomfortable. I wear them a good part of the day while working and sometimes forget I have them on.
  30. Q Are these waterproof?
    A No, but they are sweatproof.
