  1. Q Is there a warranty included when you purchase them?
    A Yes, look at the retailers warranty but OnePlus provide a good service to most countries.
  2. Q Can the left and right sides be used interchangeably? I mean listening to music and talking on the phone
    A I have not found a way to do so and I would want to either listen to music OR talk on the phone, not both simultaneously. They pause the music while you answer the call and resume when you hang up.
  3. Q Are these compatible with the one plus 8 5g
    A You can double check the OnePlus web site, however the OnePlus 8 has Bluetooth, and high spec if my memory is correct, therefore they should work fine. My 6 worked well with OnePlus wireless ear buds so an 8 should be better.
  4. Q What is the bluetooth version of these earbuds?
    A Full specifications are on the OnePlus web site however from memory they are at the latest spec. There are better, no doubt, but not at this price. And they are comfortable.

    A In my case they work with any phone and a Tablet I have
  6. Q Do they work with a OnePlus 2?
    A Certainly!!, One plus phone will even pair and tell you when the charge is 100 percent or less*

    A Ear buds are designed for listening only!!. They do a pretty good job at that by filtering out excessive noise and delivering true sound to the listener*
  8. Q Keep falling out. What to do?
    A It is ultimately important to allow the ear buds as well as the charging pod to be fully charged and they will deliver hours of listening "hands free"*
  9. Q Is it better to buy from amazon or from OnePlus website?
    A I would like to suggest that’s Amazon is better because you will get it 1-2 days, one plus website is selling this product same as like Amazon but you will get delivery after couple of week. This earsbuds are awesome.

    A You need to download the "HeyMelody" app in the app store.

    A Not sure....i tried to reset it many times and have the same result. One speaker is lower than the other.

    A I didn’t know that the ear buds came in more than 1 color. My pair are white.

    A Yes, they work with any bluetooth. You don't have to have a OnePlus phone, you just have to download the app HeyMelody by OnePlus to update the firmware.

    A Sorry but I don't not own a pair of airpods. However, we love the fit. I use them for my runs and they stay in place.

    A Should be good 4 the 8 hours

    A I believe putting them in the case will disconnect them from the device and turn them off

    A I’ve used them and nobody has complained, but I think my corded headphones are slightly better for these things.

    A I also have the OnePlus 6t T-Mobile and I believe so I haven't tried it yet but I did see the options but you have to download the heymelody app first.

    A Didn't experience this issue.

    A Works with my Oneplus 7T, Apple TV, & my iPhone 11. Can’t say for sure but would think so.

    A Yes, they connect really fast. I actually returned it because I used them mostly for calls and several people told me they couldn’t hear me.

    A I have them paired to my oneplus phone and my ipad. to switch between 2 devices just hold your finger on the silver circle for 5 seconds.

  40. Q After wearing this for like 15 min, why my ear hurts so much?
    A Same design as AirPods. It's like someone at both companies decided there would be a new Master Race: those whose ears comfortably fit this design. It was the dumbest decision ever, but because Apple did it first, everyone jerked each other off over it and said how amazing it was...Hard plastic sitting so deep in you ear with no way to add comfort? Epic fail. You should just return them, it will never get better and will only ever be uncomfortable.

    A No just a charging case and ear buds
  42. Q Does it support wireless charging?
    A No. There is no wireless charging with the case. The Warp Charge cable with appropriate adapter charges this SUPER quick though and with 30 hours battery life, it does the job - you won't need wireless charging, it's too slow anyway.
  43. Q Is there a master earbud?
    A To the best of my knowledge, no. I can use one or the other, so if you just want to use the left, use the left, just the right? use the right.
  44. Q How is the audio latency when gaming? i play call of duty mobile on the oneplus 8 pro. is the latency better or similar to galaxy buds+ on a samsung?
    A I don't have latency issues even when using the OnePlus Buds on a Galaxy S10+, so I would assume that the 1+ experience is just as good, if not better.
  45. Q Oneplus 7t compatible?
    A Yes. It goes all the way down to OnePlus 6 supposedly.
  46. Q Are there any rubber tips for these buds? They don't fit my ears as they're small.
    A I don't know. I would shop around for them. Hard to believe these are too small though...these are basically the same size as the AirPods, which generally hurt people's ears because they're big...you freak :P

    A It is a rechargeable mechanism. If the recharging doesn't work, then yes, the buds would be dead. As long as you can recharge, no need to worry.

    A No, ours came within 2 weeks, things have changed since because the product is now on the market.
