  1. Q Can you sleep with them? Will they announce low battery and wake you up?
    A I bought them for sleep and my small ears, but they run of power before I get to sleep. The description said they last for much longer, but mine run out of power at around 30 minutes. I couldn't believe it. And yes, it does announce, Power Low, but the loudness depends on your volume.Not sure if I just got a bad set...but unfortunately for me, I don't recommend these.

    A Absolutely NOT
  3. Q What chargers do I use
    A Mine had a type C charging port.
  4. Q Can these be used for answering and placing calls when paired with phone?
    A I just figured out how to do this. If you tap the right bud it will make the volume go up. Tap the left and the volume will go down. Hold down finger on right bud to skip ahead and hold down finger on left bud to skip back. 😄

    A Yes, its a nice stereo earphones,the sound is very clear and bass is good too

    A Yes,this Bluetooth headset works on both iphone and Android and other service

    A It is 300mAh, about 20hrs playback time.
  11. Q If you access Google play music through your phone, will it play on the ear buds?
    A I only use Alexa but it does play music so I believe it should you can play all other streaming games and movies.
  12. Q Do they work well with iTunes on iOS?
    A Yes, they also work with android devices.Once you download the Alexa app, you can give the buds permissions such as being able to access your iTunes. Hope this helps.

    A Yes it's just like any other bluetooth device

    A Yes, they connect via bluetooth. So as long as your phone is bluetooth compatible they will work fine.
  15. Q Hello, can you change the volume yourself on the listener?
    A Yes you can. Is in the description. They also have a pause and play function.
  16. Q Can you go swimming with it?
    A Yes, but it cannot be submerged in water because the bluetooth signal cannot be transmitted in water.
  17. Q How long does the battery last?
    A Once charged, it will last for around 4 hours. But you can charge it many times in the charging box. I do it for a week.
  18. Q Can i use one bud while the other is charging?
    A Yes, one bud will work while other is in case charging. The Alexa app shows battery level for each bud independently as well as the remaining battery of the case.
  19. Q Can you set up that the headphones always light up when you wear them?
    A No, as far as I've noticed, they only stop glowing in the case when they stop charging.
  20. Q How's bass?
    A It's perfectly alright.
  21. Q How does the mic work in a noisy enivronment like walking through a busyy city?
    A It's not bad. It does pick up a good bit of background noise but it doesnt drown out you talking.
  22. Q Can these connect to Echo Show 2 for video calls?
    A if you connect them to Echo via blue tooth, yes
  23. Q Can you hear clearly the other side during phone calls? Are these earbuds good for phone calls in general?
    A The voice is crystal clear, I use it at the gym, not a quiet environment, but very happy with the sound quality of phone calls. Surprisin, the mic is great too.
  24. Q We have poor cell phone reception. Would that affect the ear buds ?
    A If you have poor cell phone signals this won’t magically make your phone get better reception, and your phone is where your calls come from. However, for listening to your music library or audio books on the phone it will be fine.
  25. Q Where ear bud is the mic located?
    A You are able to use both of them together or one at a time while on the phone. It doesn’t matter which one you choose to use.
  26. Q Do these ear buds have independent mic? Can you make calls with right side only or left side only?
    A They do have independent mics, I haven't tried to make a call with just one side yet

    A You can skip songs you cant control volume
  28. Q Left ear bud does not work do they have warranty?
    A Yes they have a 30 day warranty
  29. Q Are these waterproof?
    A I don't think so, they're water resistant to certain amount, like regular sweat or some drops, but that's about it
  30. Q Right earbud will not play audio. No issue connecting to bluetooth and works with the pause and play controls but no sound! Left earbud is fine.

  31. Q Can I use this headphones to do exercise o something like that?
    A I do, they are very secure.
  32. Q Can i use right or left ear bud by itself?
    A Yes, I’m able too. Once I Connect both to my phone I put the left one back in the case and I can listen to the right earbud.
  33. Q Are these earbuds compatible with lg tv or any smart tv?
    A No..not unless the tv has bluetooth capabilities.mainly for cellphones or tablets
  34. Q Is it compatible with iphone xs?
    A Yes, it has worked just fine.
  35. Q Is it compatible with the Samsung Galaxy J7?
    A Not very sure. I am using Iphone. But I think it's compatible with most of the main stream phones.
  36. Q How do they work on the phone? Is there a lot of background noise?
    A We haven't noticed any background noise!
